Take your game from the park to the pinnacle!
APE Academy Pro
$80
APE Academy is designed for young players on the fringe of representative teams who want exposure to the same training standards used in NRL pathways. For that reason, there are no “options” or tiers. All athletes follow the same structured program.
Program Inclusions
2 × 1-hour face-to-face gym sessions
Individually programmed and delivered in person.
All sessions are tracked and recorded in a personal training app.
Based on training age and initial assessment, an additional independent resistance session may be prescribed.
1 × 1.5-hour field session
Covers all facets of the game.
Fitness testing is included, though conditioning is not the primary focus.
Emphasis is placed on fundamentals, skill execution, and consistency.
Athletes are taught role clarity and decision-making within a rugby league structure.
Nutrition guidance
Nutrition is a key performance factor, but it is not an exact science.
No meal plans or rigid prescriptions are provided.
Education focuses on how nutrients affect performance and recovery.
Athletes develop an understanding of their own fuelling requirements.
Wellbeing and recovery monitoring
Daily tracking with a focus on sleep and hydration.
Data is captured via a mobile app.
Performance fluctuations are linked to factors outside training.
Insights are used to guide recovery and nutrition support.
APE Academy extends beyond scheduled sessions. Our focus is long-term athlete development. Support is available at any time via call or message.
